log onto app to enter PAC number

I totally get how confusing it can be juggling 3 SIMs and PAC codes at once.

Don’t worry, I’ve got you.
 

Quick heads-up:

You won’t be able to enter PAC codes directly in the app as it’s much easier to do this through the website.
 

Here’s the easiest way:

For each SIM:
• Log in here: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/login

• Go to “Keep my number”
• Enter your PAC code + the number you want to keep
• Select the correct new iD SIM
• Submit it
 

A couple of tips:

• Do them one at a time so nothing gets mixed up
• Transfers usually complete same day or next working day
• You’ll get a text once each one is done
