Logging into ID Mobile app

I’ve purchased a SIM only and trying to log into the app to enter PAC code but it’s not letting me use my current mobile number to continue creating account - presume as it is still o2 number and not ID mobile. Any suggestions please

    Hi, i am also having these issues, received my phone today but unable to add my phone number to use PAC code
