Lookingto fund my order number for voucher incentive

I’m looking to find my order number as I should have received a gift voucher for signing up to ID Mobile.

I waited the 120 days, and nothing arrived. I emailed GiftCloud and they asked for transaction number and order number from the original email.

I got the transaction number from ID Mobile but have no luck finding the order number.

Other posters have had the same problem, has anyone had any luck getting the order number from ID?

I have the transaction number, I am looking for the order number, which may start with a 1.
