Hi

 

For some reason, I don't have my son's phone registered to the account with the other two contracts I pay.

 

He's lost his phone today, and I can't sort a replacement because I can't log into the account when it sends a text to a number we can't access with the phone missing. 

 

Please advise,

Hello, I have lost my new mobile phone. I was preparing to transfer over stuff from my existing phone and get to know the new one. There is no SIM in the new phone, I know the IMEI of the phone. How can I locate the lost phone or check if someone has found  and using it?

Hey there ​@MrD, sorry to hear that.

 

Unfortunately, we have no way of locating any lost devices or SIM cards. The only way would be if you had find my iphone or something similar such as these kinds of apps to track it down, sorry about that.

 

We can only assist in blocking the phone and SIM if you wish so your network/number cannot be used, and help with sending a free replacement SIM for you to continue using the contract.

thank you for the quick reply.

I was going to insert the iD Sim into the phone. But as stated, I have lost it somewhere between my new country of residence. 

To enable no-one can fortune from my situation, can I find/permanently lock the phone using my IMEI? With another authority?
