Hey there @Nina Chadwick, thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, you cannot directly transfer your phone number between contracts on the same network. To keep your number, you’d need to order an upgrade via logging into the iD Mobile app/website.

The only workaround would be a triangle port, where you transfer your number to another network on Pay As You Go, then back to us on the new plan, which we can explain in further detail how to do so if needed.

    Thanks,

    Tyler

    Hi @ivanwatterson,

To keep your old number, you’ll need to request a PAC code from your current network provider first. This is what allows your number to be moved between networks safely.

Once you’ve got your PAC code, you can then get in touch with our team via Live Chat and they’ll help you complete the transfer to iD Mobile or contact your new provider to transfer out if iD Mobile.

They’ll just need your PAC code and a few account details, and they’ll take care of the rest for you so your number moves over smoothly.

If you need a hand at any stage, just let us know.

    Regards,
