I have a id mobile phone in my name (which is my childs) i have moved from o2 today but it has transferred my old number onto his sim (his number has gone) i am now left with a new number

How can i get my sons number back

Thank you for sharing. I’m sorry for the confusion this has caused.

When a number transfer is processed, the original iD Mobile number on that SIM is replaced by the number that has been transferred in, which is why your son’s number is no longer showing.

I would suggest contacting us directly so we can see whether our technical team is able to reverse the process. I can’t promise this will be possible.
