mobile data not working

My mobile data doesn’t work well and only have good internet when connected to Wi-Fi and my signal is fine.

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear your mobile data isn’t working well, I understand how frustrating that can be, especially when your signal appears to be fine.


Let’s try a few steps to help improve your mobile data connection:
-Make sure Mobile Data is switched on in your settings.
- Check for any available software updates.
- Try toggling Airplane Mode on and off.
- Reset your network settings via Settings > General > Transfer or Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- If you're using an eSIM, try removing and re-adding it.
