Hi, I purchased another sim plan from you but can't see it on my account. How can I add my second plan to view it in app

Hi ​@Galina1950,

 

Here are the steps on how to add a additional number to your account:

 

1. On the 'Home' screen, tap 'View your plans' located in the top right of the screen.
2. Tap the 'Add new plan' button.
3. Enter the mobile number for the plan that you wish to add to the account. > The number must begin with 07 and be 11 digits long.
4. Enter the last name of the account holder and then enter the date of birth of the account holder. > Once done, tap 'Next'.
5. You should now have received an SMS to the iD Mobile number that you are adding to the account, which contains the one time passcode.
6. Enter the 8 digit code into the boxes displayed on the screen.
