Why can I not view my bills on my account. I get my emails to say my bill is ready then I log in and my phone number is disconnected which is clearly not true.

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear you’re having trouble viewing your bills. I understand how confusing this must be, especially when you’re receiving emails saying your bill is ready.

 

In some cases, this can happen if the mobile number was previously on a different account or has been ported between networks, which can sometimes cause the account to still be linked to an old or inactive record. This can then result in the system showing the number as disconnected even when it isn’t.

 

To get this resolved for you, we’ll need to take a closer look at your account details and make sure everything is correctly linked.
