When can I change to sim only?

Thanks for your post.

You'll usually be able to switch to a SIM-only plan around 24 days before your current plan ends.

If you're not sure when your plan is due to end, or whether you're already eligible to make the change, please contact our Customer Service Team via Live Chat: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

If you're eligible, the Customer Service Team will be able to transfer you to our Sales Team, who can discuss the SIM-only options available and help you make the switch.
