    Hi @Hughbie ,

Hi, thanks for letting us know. If you can log in online but the iD app logs you out with a security message, it’s usually an app or device setting issue rather than your account.

Please try the following on your Google Pixel 7a:

Make sure the iD app is fully up to date in the Play Store.

Force close the app, then reopen it.

Clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → iD Mobile → Storage → Clear cache).

Check that your phone isn’t using a VPN, private DNS, or work profile.

Restart your phone and try again.

If the issue continues, you can still view upgrades via online account access

These notices appear when the bootloader is unlocked or the device is rooted. Has your devices software been modified @Hughbie?

    Hi Lamiya

Did as you said and seemed to work going into Samsung devices. But then tried sorting price low to high, selecting Motorola and then same error. I'll see if theonline version works

    Hi Paul

The phone downloaded the latest s/w upgrade a few days ago. This is first time since I've tried the app

Probably just a glitch with the iD Mobile app/site then.

Thanks for quick reply. If a glitch is there in the app, hopefully someone within the ID mobile developers team will pick this up soon, .......
