Kindly be advised that we’re only able to provide the handset IMEI number and are unable to view the handset serial number on our system.

The serial number can usually be found on the original box the device came in at the time of purchase. It may also be available:

• On the handset itself under Settings → General → About (if the device is accessible)

• By signing in to your Apple ID at appleid.apple.com and selecting the device

If you need the IMEI number from us, we’d be happy to help. For the serial number, Apple Support will be able to assist further if the above options aren’t available.

I have tried all options and failed.

I cannot access the iPhone hence my message.

The box it came in would have gone out.

What information do you need from me to access the IMEI number. ?
