My contract is due to end on 2nd November 2025.
On 2nd September and again on 22nd September 2025, I received upgrade emails from iD Mobile with the subject lines “It's upgrade time, Oluwole!” and “Oluwole, meet the latest Pixel 10 series!”
Each time I logged in to check my upgrade options, I was presented with a blank page. This issue is preventing me from upgrading my phone, despite being notified that I am eligible.
I would appreciate it if this could be looked into and resolved as soon as possible.
