Need to activate my esim

Need to re activate my id esim after traveling abroad and now can't access my original id esim in the system settings

    Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry you’re having trouble getting your eSIM reactivated after travelling. 

     

    As this is a public community platform, we’re not able to access or make changes to your account or SIM settings directly for security reasons.

     

    The best way to get this sorted quickly is to speak with the iD Mobile team directly via Live Chat. They’ll be able to securely access your account and help you resolve the issue or reissue your eSIM if needed: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat
