Hi looking to find out if possible to upgrade early

    Kindly note that iD Mobile do not offer early upgrades, and I am so sorry for any inconvenience that this may be causing you.

     

    If you’re looking to upgrade to a handset plan, you’ll be able to do this from 2 months before your current plan ends. If you’d prefer to switch to a SIM-only plan, you can do this from 24 days before your plan expires instead.

     

    To check if you’re eligible to upgrade, you can follow these steps:

     

    To check your upgrade eligibility with iD Mobile, log in to the iD Mobile App or My Account online, then select the 'Plan' or 'Upgrade' section to see if you are eligible. Eligible users can upgrade up to 60 days early, or 6 months into a SIM-only plan, by selecting 'Upgrade now' and choosing a new deal. 
     

    Once you’re within the upgrade window, you’ll see the available options in your account.
