new connection i havnt had an email with any updates

I put in for an extra connection last night but didn’t receive any email or anything but it came up with we’re processing your order and iv had no update does anyone know why or what I can do please?

I know how worrying it feels when you go through an order and then not hear from us,

 

Please kindly note: 

1. The order is still in “manual review”

When you take out an extra connection, iD Mobile sometimes needs a quick internal check (identity, payment, credit check confirmation).
During this time:

  • The website shows “We’re processing your order”
  • The email confirmation is delayed until the check completes
  • This is completely normal and can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours.

 

2. The email may have gone to spam/junk

Please check:

  • Junk
  • Spam
  • Promotions
  • “Other” or “Filtered” folders

Many order emails get flagged by accident.

 

3. The payment may be pending

If the first payment is sitting as “pending” with your bank, the order won’t confirm until the bank releases it.

 

In the meantime, please kindly double check with your bank and also confirm the email address you used is correct. However, after 24 hours please do reach out to us and we will gladly check your account for you.
