New phone number bnot recognised

I recently started a new contract having closed another a few months ago.
I initially managed to set my new number up on my account but now it’s saying ‘details don’t match’ when I’m trying to log in. I’m using descktop and not the App.
Can anyone help? It’s so irritating not being able to call and speak to someone to resolve this for me.

TIA

If you want telephone support, then don’t sign up to one of the cheapest providers out there that doesn’t have any telephone support. It's one of the main reasons why iD Mobile are able to offer plans at such low prices.

You need to initiate a chat session using their live chat feature, link below:

Or, drop them a DM via one of their many social profiles (Facebook, X etc)

    Hi @smitch ,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry you’re having trouble logging in.

Here are a few steps you can try:

-Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in again.
-Make sure you're using the correct number linked to your new contract.
-Try a different browser or device, just in case it's a compatibility issue.
-If needed, you can reset your password using this link: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/

If the issue continues, please contact us via Live Chat, Facebook, Instagram, or email socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk so we can help you get logged in securely.
