Please can someone help me. I bought a new phone through id mobile and a contract the phone has arrived and i am unable to get it connected to the new sim. I want to keep my number and have the pac code but im finding it very difficult to figure it out as i can not log into the app with my phone number or the number that they have sent me via email. does anyone have a contact number this is ridiculous
