new to id mobile and had a few issues reguardijg the sim

i have just got my sim and signed up with ID though currys in store, but have not been able to get the app working. To be able to use my pac code it keeps coming up with incorrect details even though all the details are correct. And it is not giving me any other options to be able to log in to be able to change the number over and get rid of my old contract with the other company
