new to id no signal

Hi

I’m new to ID.I haven’t got any signal since I joined last Wednesday and also when I try to login into the id account it tells me to enter the one-time passcode which I haven’t received it,tried several times.

Can someone please help out

Hey there ​@kabina, sorry to hear that. Have you activated and entered the iD Mobile SIM card in your phone, and restarted your phone?

 

If you have no signal, you won’t be able to receive the code, our apologies for that.

Hi

actually when i bought the plan i had done the eSIM one but i just realised it after that I dont have the esim option on my phone as I bought it inhongkong..so it is possible to order a new physical sim or can i buy else where??

You can pick up a SIM in any Currys store.

Hi,its iphone 16 pro max.And also as I’ve moved to other european country I might not be able to purchase it,so can I cancel the contract?
