no data for weeks but taking money from bank

My data has not been working for a few weeks now my whole house is on Id mobile and they are fine so I know it's not a area problem I've updated my card details incase it was a payment problem but that hasn't changed the situation I'm not happy as I'm paying for a service that I am not receiving and I've looked for a private chat to help sort this but it redirects me to this page.

I’m really sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve been having with your data I completely understand how frustrating it is when you’re paying for a service and it’s not working as expected, especially when others on iD Mobile around you are fine.
