No Sign Up Gift Card!

Heya - i signed up on my birthday last October 21st 2025 with my wife, father and mother, they all got their gift card and sadly i didn’t get mine. I reached out to giftcloud weeks ago giving all my information as i still have confirmation of everything - i signed up via moneysaving expert like many others and should have received the 38 pound but nothing and no email update from them after using their contact form - not happy, particularly with no response upon providing all the asked for info - funny thing is i signed up for all my other family and i’m the only one that didn’t get the deal promised and i went first!

 

Don’t know if i can get any help, don’t know where else to go at this point, thanks if anyone that can help sees this
