not being able to add number to account

I’m not able to add my number to the account I just made. Can anyone help with this?

If you're trying to add your number to your online account, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your iD Mobile account or app.
  2. Select Add a number.
  3. Enter the iD Mobile number you'd like to register.
  4. We'll send a verification code by text message to that number.
  5. Enter the code when prompted to complete the registration.

 

A few things to check:

  • Make sure the iD Mobile SIM is inserted into the phone.
  • Confirm that the SIM is active and able to receive text messages.
  • Ensure you have signal when requesting the verification code.
