I’m not receiving one time password text so can’t log in online or via app, which isn’t helping me much

Here’s what you can do:

-Check your signal – Make sure your phone has a good network connection.
-Restart your device – This often refreshes the network and helps deliver any pending messages.
-Double-check your number – Make sure the mobile number linked to your iD Mobile account is correct.
-Clear app cache or reinstall the app – If you’re using the app, this can help fix login issues.
-Try logging in via the website – Use iD Mobile Login as an alternative.
