Number not porting yesterday

I began a contract on the 29th of December and submitted my PAC. My number should've ported yesterday but it didn't. I think it is very odd that I didn't receive a message from my old provider saying they're sorry I'm leaving them. I have submitted a report on the app, but I don't think iD are porting my number. Please can someone explain if my number is still being ported?

I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you’ve been experiencing with your number transfer. Due to the Christmas and New Year holiday period, number transfers were temporarily paused, but they will resume from tomorrow.
