number transfer esim issue

Transfered number after eSIM was activated. Now have the wrong details on my iPhone and can’t change them which is causing issue with my incoming calls. Do I need a new eSIM?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues after transferring your number.

It sounds like the number port hasn’t fully updated on the eSIM yet, which can sometimes cause incorrect details to show and affect incoming calls. In most cases, this doesn’t mean you need a new eSIM.

A few things to try first:

Restart your iPhone
Go to Settings > Phone > My Number and check if it can be updated manually
Turn the eSIM off and back on in your settings

Please confirm when did you port your number.
