old ID number was transferred

Hi, I have transferred my old ID number 0xxxxxxxxx to 0xxxxxxxxx last year October

but I have few important accounts linked to that old number. Is it any possible I can get my old number back? Or buy that number back by any chance? Or just receive a text code just to change the account

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear that you'd like to recover your previous iD Mobile number. I understand how important it can be to keep a number that's linked to important accounts and services.

Unfortunately, iD Mobile's systems don't support transferring a mobile number directly from one iD Mobile account to another. This means we're unable to move the old number directly onto your current iD Mobile contract or provide temporary access to the number simply to receive verification texts.

If you'd like to recover your previous number, there is a possible workaround:

Move your current iD Mobile number to another network provider using a PAC.
Once the transfer has completed, request a PAC from that new provider for your previous number.
Use that PAC to transfer your previous number back to iD Mobile on a new contract.

Alternatively, if you still have an older iD Mobile contract linked to the previous number and it's eligible for an upgrade, you may be able to upgrade that existing contract instead.

Please note that the workaround above is not officially supported by iD Mobile and may cause issues when registering or managing the account online. We therefore can't guarantee that the transfer will work successfully or that the previous number can be recovered.

We appreciate that this may not be the straightforward solution you were hoping for, and we're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
