Anybody having any luck with app and the ongoing oops something went wrong ,it's been over 2 weeks since I joined and I can't see my plan details

No, same here. Recently joined IDMobile. App was ok to start. “Oops something went wrong “ for 3 weeks.

On some occasions it is a simple fix.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

Tried many times and getting nowhere ,a simple explanation in general would be ok to most people .
