I pay for 4 phones. My current provider allows me to do this under one account and takes a single payment. Can I do that here ?

Thanks for getting in touch.

While it's not possible to have multiple plans billed together as a single payment, you can manage multiple iD Mobile numbers under the same online account.

Here are the steps to add an additional number to your account:

On the Home screen, tap "View your plans" in the top right corner.
Tap "Add new plan".
Enter the mobile number for the plan you wish to add. The number must begin with 07 and be 11 digits long.
Enter the account holder's last name and date of birth, then tap "Next".
A one-time passcode will be sent by SMS to the iD Mobile number you're adding.
Enter the 8-digit code on the screen to complete the process.
