Ported number over but unable to regiter online

Hiya,

Ive recently joined id mobile and ive ported my number from EE to ID however the email sent to me for registration has a different phone number than the number ive ported over so ive unable to register online, what can i do to fix this?

Thanks for getting in touch and welcome to iD Mobile!

 

When you first join iD, we provide a temporary mobile number while your account and plan are being set up. If you requested a number transfer from EE, your chosen number will replace the temporary one once the port has completed.

 

You should have received confirmation of the date your transfer was due to take place. On that day, we’d recommend inserting your iD Mobile SIM into your phone and waiting for the completion text message. Once this comes through, simply restart your phone to make sure everything updates correctly.

 

After restarting, you should then be able to register your iD Mobile app/account using your transferred number instead of the temporary one.
