When I log in it asks for number and date of birth I put the number but forgot the date of birth so can you please help with yhat

Thanks for clarifying.

The date of birth requested when you log in should be your own date of birth, as this is the one that would have been provided when you applied for the contract.

If you've tried your date of birth and you're still unable to access your account, please don't share any personal details here. Instead, let us know that it has not worked so that we can open a private chat for you.
