problems with NHSApp

I can’t log into the nhs app , they say it’s cos there’s a problem withA2P messages. 
how can I fix this ?

    We're sorry to hear you're having trouble logging into the NHS App.

     

    If the NHS App has advised that the issue is related to A2P (Application-to-Person) messages, we'd first recommend checking the following:

    • Make sure your bill cap isn't set to £0.00, as some verification or shortcode messages may require a bill cap to be in place.
    • Restart your phone.
    • Ensure you have a good network signal.
    • Check that you can receive other text messages.
    • Make sure the sender hasn't been blocked or filtered by your messaging app.

     

    If you're still unable to receive the verification texts after trying the above, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service team via Live Chat so they can investigate whether there's an issue with your SMS service.
