Rectivate a deactivated plan

How to reactivate plan

IS it possible to reactivate a deactivated plan? I still have the SIM card but because we hadn’t used the sim for months I stopped the monthly payment but would like to restart

If the account is disconnected the account can’t be reactivated.

It doesn’t say disconnected just deactivated unless that’s the same thing?
