Retrieval of deleted voicemail

Is it possible for ID Mobile to retrieve a deleted voice message? It was recorded on my cellphone in late September/early October and I simply forgot to save it. My phone also generated a transcript - not very accurate - but it would be great if I could retrieve this too.

Why do I need it? The message came from a company confirming that I was entitled to a (free) household repair and that a date for that would be provided soon. However, in chasing it up they now claim not to have actioned the repair and have no knowledge of the voice message.

I’m really sorry to hear about this and I understand why that message is important to you. Unfortunately, once a voicemail has been deleted, we’re not able to retrieve it. This includes both the voicemail recording and any transcript created on the phone. We don’t have access to restore deleted voicemail messages after they’ve been removed.

This includes both the voicemail recording and any transcript created on the phone. We don’t have access to restore deleted voicemail messages after they’ve been removed.
