Rollover Data not showing

Recently joined ID mobile and noticed that roll over data is not showing in the app or website. I only used 20gb out of my 150gb allowance last month and the app and website is showing 144gb/150gb

I’m having the same issue - allowances refreshed 2 days ago but rollover data not showing in app. How can I get this rectified? Thanks.

I understand it’s concerning when your rollover data isn’t showing as expected.

 

A quick explanation first: rollover data doesn’t always appear as a separate visible balance in the app or website. In many cases, it is automatically added to your main data allowance, which is why you may just see your standard plan total (for example 150GB).

From what you’ve mentioned, seeing 144GB/150GB remaining suggests your usage has been correctly counted, but the app may not be separately displaying the rollover portion.

 

Here are a few quick things to check:

Restart the app – fully close and reopen it
Log out and back in to refresh your account
Check again after 24 hours, as data updates can sometimes delay
Make sure your app is fully updated to the latest version
