This has been asked before, but it's clear iD mobile are incapable of resolving it. Safesearch has been activated without my consent and won't turn off.
The responses always say 'go to the services section to turn it off'. There is no services section in the app. It's in the 'Plan' area as 'Manage your iD Services'. At least know how to navigate your own app.
Of course when you get there you find safesearch is already showing as off, so there's a setting which isn't accessible to customers turning this on. No other provider I've ever been with has this issue, so perhaps iD can tell me how they actually propose to resolve this?
