Says data ran out but 15 GB left

I got a notification 3rd Sept that 80% data allowance used but when i saw the app it said 15 gb remaining and then yesterday it ran out which is shocking coz i am always on Wifi and i was stranded on a motorway with no maps. Can someone help me unsubscribe coz I can’t seem to find anywhere my data usage over the last 2 months and check usage etc. i know i had data and now i have a charge added to my bill which is crazy!!

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry for the confusion around your data allowance, and for being left stranded on the motorway without maps, that must have been really stressful.

If you've received a charge relating to this usage, this could relate to out-of-plan charges. To avoid incurring further charges like this going forward, I'd suggest setting your bill cap to £0 in the app, which will stop any out-of-plan data usage from being charged.
