Says my plan is inactive when I log in, but I am an ID mobile user.... unable to see my account

I am an ID mobile user, have been for a long time. Last year I migrated my number from 1 ID account to another ID account (upgraded) however when I log into my ID mobile account it says my plan is inactive. Can you help please?

Steps to Check Your Active iD Mobile Account

Confirm which account is active

-When you upgrade or migrate a number, the old account becomes inactive

-Your number will now be linked to a new iD Mobile account (often with a different email)
 

Try logging in with a different email

-Use the email address you used when upgrading

-If unsure, try the “Forgot email/password” option on the login page

 

Check the iD Mobile app

-Download or open the iD Mobile app

-Log in using the upgrade email

-Your plan should show as Active
