Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulty taking out a new iD Mobile contract.

Having an existing iD Mobile account doesn't automatically mean you're unable to take out another contract. However, before applying for an additional contract, you'll need to have made at least three months of payments on time by Direct Debit on your existing account.

Once you've completed three months of successful, on-time Direct Debit payments, you can contact our Sales Team via Live Chat or by calling 0800 049 0250. They'll be able to assist you with the order process, check the options available to you and advise you on your eligibility for an additional contract.

Please note that any new application will still be subject to our usual credit and eligibility checks, so we cannot guarantee that a new application will be approved.
