Please can someone help, I have a ID contract and phone and so does my daughter . When we  took her contract out I think I used my email address as well. I am trying to get into her account to upgrade as I have just done mine however the only sign in goes straight to my account. How can we get into her account ? It just signs into my account? Not sure if that makes sense?
