I have made a separate SIM and account for my son and whenever he tries to sign into the app he gets the error "Sorry, your details do not match our records" What should I do?

If the system is advising that your details do not match the record, this will need to be checked by our Customer Services Team, as they can review the account information and confirm what details are currently registered.
