sorry your details does not match our record

I'm unable to log into my account, it keeps saying 'your details do not match our records' when inputting my number, name and dob. Even though they are definitely correct. Is this the only way to get through to customer support??

I need add pac code switching to id mobile.

That error can sometimes happen if there’s a slight mismatch in the details held on the account (for example, formatting differences in your name or date of birth or if you are putting in your mobile number instead of the temp number), but don’t worry, we can still help from here.
