You can speak to an advisor using any of the following methods:-

 

The iD Mobile sales team can be reached by phone at 020 7139 1397. 
Their operating hours are between 9 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday

Or you can use the Live Chat:-

 https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the chatbot. 

Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.
 

You can also contact iD Mobile via:-

Send a private message via their Socials (Facebook, X or Instagram)  
iD Mobile social media accounts:-


or email socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk.

 

OR you can add a post to the Community detailing what you want to know and I’m sure someone will be able to help you.
