I'm trying to switch my old mobile number to ID Mobile. I already have a plan open sign ID. I have my PAC code from my previous operator. I can't request the switch because the switch form isn't working. Every time I try to complete it, it says "oops there's a problem, please try again". I've tried contacting live chat but it says it's closed (despite it being open as per it's operating hours). How am I meant to request my switch?! I've just joined ID - not exactly a great first impression...
