Switch to ID Mobile form not working

I'm trying to switch my old mobile number to ID Mobile. I already have a plan open sign ID. I have my PAC code from my previous operator. I can't request the switch because the switch form isn't working. Every time I try to complete it, it says "oops there's a problem, please try again". I've tried contacting live chat but it says it's closed (despite it being open as per it's operating hours). How am I meant to request my switch?! I've just joined ID - not exactly a great first impression...

I suggest submitting your PAC by using the online iD Live Chat service, ​@birdcrunch.

The iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Tell the 24/7 chat-bot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

1.Get your PAC code

2.You can do this in one of three ways:

-During checkout when buying your plan.
-Via the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk – go to your Plan screen and select “Switch to iD”.
-On the iD Mobile switch page: idmobile.co.uk/switch

3.Enter your details
4.Choose your switch date
5.Confirmation
