Hi,

when I got my new phone I transferred over my old number but when I call/txt some people the number that came with the phone keeps coming up.
How can I this be sorted please?

Did you use the PAC Code procedure?

Have you closed/ reopened your phone?

Check in phone settings that it’s showing your NEW NUMBER if

not correct it.

Hi @salbon

Thank you for letting us know.

Is that happening only when you message your husband or to all your contacts?
