How can I get my new immobile data package over to my phone. Still stuck with old 3 data package of 2 gb only? Thanks

Hi - just want my I'd mobile package to port over properly to my phone. I was on 3 now on I'd. Still only getting 2gb (my 3 gb package) and not my 36 from I'd.
