I want to transfer my esim on my new phone

Thanks for your message.

 

If you’re moving to a new phone, your eSIM can’t be directly transferred between devices. You’ll need to request a new eSIM through the iD Mobile app and install it on your new device.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Log in to the iD Mobile app
  2. Go to Account
  3. Select Replace SIM / Swap SIM
  4. Choose eSIM
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to download and install it on your new phone

Once activated, your service will move across to the new device.
