I have transferred my old number to my new iPhone using a pac code however on about phone it is still temporary number - and iMessage still has temporary number listed and not mine.

i have done software update, turned iMessage on and off, signed out of apple account and back in again , and switched phone on and off. 
 

please could someone help.
