Trying to log in to new ID mobile app. Checking text message for validation code restarts login flow, can't login.

I’ve just opened the app and it’s told me to re-register with my old details.

Step 1: It asks for phone number, last name and DOB.

Step 2: After filling this in, it shows a screen to enter a code that’s sent by text message.

Step 3: In order to get the code from the text message, I have to switch to my messaging app.

Step 4: When I switch back to the ID mobile app, I’m deposited back to the beginning of Step 1 and it requires a new code, the one sent in the first text message doesn’t work

Step 5: Can't continue, stuck in a loop

 

Please help. I’m going mad.

You might want to try using a web browser for registration. For an iPhone, use Safari and for Android, Chrome.
