Two phones and two accounts

Hi

I have two sons (minors) each with a phone on ID.

It appears that there are two accounts - one for each of them.

How can I get the two accounts merged so I can manage both of them together?

Hi ​@TomJR 

 

In the iD Mobile app, you’ll be able to register one account and then add more accounts by selecting “View your plans”.

I have tried this at least three times and two logins to the account but keep getting this error message.

I really need to talk with someone because the “other email address” is, in fact, my current email address.

Clearly the system can’t cope being asked to unlink from and link to the same email.

If this sounds nuts to you, it certainly is for me!!
